SHIPPING POLICY

At Second Nature Studio, I strive to make shipping economical and sustainable. Here’s what you need to know:

Where I Ship: I currently ship to the U.S. and Canada.

Shipping Rates: Lighter items, like reusable paper towels, ship via USPS First Class for a low cost. All other items are shipped at a flat rate through USPS.

Free Shipping: Orders of $125 or more qualify for free shipping, automatically applied at checkout.

Processing Time: For in-stock items, orders ship within 1–3 business days. Custom products take longer, but I’ll be in touch with an estimated timeline. Feel free to email me for details before placing an order.

Expedited Shipping: Need your items faster? I can arrange expedited or overnight shipping upon request. Just email me to set it up.

Tracking Information: Tracking is provided for all shipments except those sent via First Class.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders: While I don’t have control over delays or lost packages after they leave my studio, I’ll work with you to find a solution if your package arrives damaged. Please email me with proof of damage.
